Abstract

Die Studie legt die konzeptionellen Grundlagen für Gender-Budgeting dar und analysiert direkte und indirekte Wirkungen der Ausgabenbereiche Bildung, Gesundheit und Sport aus Geschlechterperspektive. Zudem werden Maßnahmen für die Institutionalisierung und Umsetzung von Gender-Budgeting im oberösterreichischen Landeshaushalt sowie Ansatzpunkte für die geschlechterdifferenzierte Analyse von Ausgabenkürzungen skizziert.
