Abstract

Vor dem Hintergrund der in den neunziger Jahren überzogenen Erwartungen an die Pensionskassen erweisen sich die Regelungen zu Mindestertrag und Zuschusspflicht heute als problematisch, die Veranlagungsvorschriften sind nicht eindeutig. Die Studie analysiert Rahmenbedingungen und Struktur der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge in Österreich und legt auf der Basis von Umfrageergebnissen Verbesserungsvorschläge im Bereich der Information der Anwartschafts- und Leistungsberechtigten, der Verwaltungskosten des Pensionskassensystems sowie der Fachkompetenz und Mitbestimmung vor.
