Migración interna en el Perú

Abstract

El presente estudio analiza las tendencias regionales en el crecimiento económico, la generación de empleo y los patrones de migración interna durante uno de los períodos de auge económico más largos en la historia reciente del Perú. La migración entre departamentos durante los años 2002 al 2007, captada en el último censo de población y vivienda, ha sido consistente con las perspectivas de empleo regional, medidas a través de los stocks iniciales e incrementos en los volúmenes de empleo adecuado.
