The volume analyzes in terms of both the Romanian civil law and comparative law of the nullity of the contract. The volume presents the application of the nullity of contract cases such as the disappearance of consent, object disappearance, disappearance of cause, the loss of an item related to the person of contractors, the loss of legal capacity.
