Abstract

La próxima década en América Latina será fundamental para su proyección como una región que aumenta su influencia mundial ante la pasividad de las democracias liberales tradicionales, cuyas regresiones, a pesar deafectar a los países latinoamericanos, aún no logran normalizar un patrón populista en América Latina, donde varios gobiernos liberales, respetuosos del orden internacional, aún dirigen los destinos de sus países.
