Abstract

A pesar de su inexistente desarrollo doctrinal y jurisprudencial en nuestro medio, esta obra aborda uno de los debates de mayor actualidad e importancia en el contexto jurídico internacional: la relación entre normas jurídicas y normas técnicas. Entre las múltiples transformaciones que representa para el derecho la denominada sociedad de riesgo, destaca la aparición de nuevas fórmulas de actuación jurídica que hacen posible superar los complejos desafíos que ésta supone. Como se demuestra en el libro, en sus diferentes expresiones, la coordinación entre derecho y técnica constituye una condición indispensable para este fin. En tanto que imperativo presente y futuro para el ordenamiento jurídico, su estudio representa una asignatura forzosa para los interesados en el derecho de hoy y en su intrincado porvenir.
