Abstract

El objetivo de este libro es avanzar en el análisis de las estrategias y los programas implementados, así como de las capacidades institucionales de fomento desarrolladas por siete países de América Latina. En el marco del proyecto "Políticas para el mejoramiento de la productividad de las pequeñas y medianas empresas a través del fortalecimiento de redes empresariales", financiado por el Gobierno de Italia y ejecutado por la División de Desarrollo Productivo y Empresarial de la CEPAL,se han desarrollado un conjunto de estudios que permiten visualizar la situación de las políticas y las instituciones de apoyo a las pymes, los avances alcanzados y los retos frente al futuro.
