Abstract

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird versucht, die institutionellen Reibungsverluste bei der Regionalisierung von Wirtschafts- und Strukturpolitik näher zu beschreiben und ihre Ursachen mit einer gewissen Plausibilität zu diagnostizieren. Dabei stützt sich die Analyse auf ein zwar detailliertes, aber eben nur exemplarisches Fallmaterial, sodaß die Fortsetzung dieser Forschungen auf einer breiteren empirischen Basis notwendig ist, um die sozio-technischen Anleitungen zur institutionellen Ausgestaltung regionalisierter Wirtschafts- und Strukturpolitik zur Reduzierung der beschriebenen sozialen Reibungsverluste herausarbeiten zu können.
