Abstract

Wie steht es um die parlamentarischen Demokratien weltweit, welche Entwicklungen gibt es? Für die vergleichende Beobachtung braucht es Daten, viele Daten. Und die liefert seit Jahrzehnten dasManifestoProjekt. Akribisch werden hier Wahlprogramme aus aller Welt gelesen und ausgewertet, ein unschätzbar wertvoller Datensatz für die politische Wissenschaft. Einige Zahlen sollen das Mammut-Projekt anschaulich machen.
