Macht ohne Rahmen: Die Rolle informeller Organisationen in der Weltpolitik

Abstract

Die seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg etablierte internationale Ordnung ist gegenwärtig vielfältigen Belastungen ausgesetzt. Gleichzeitig sind formelle Institutionen wie etwa die Vereinten Nationen nicht sonderlich gut dafür gerüstet, diesen standzuhalten. Daher wächst die Bedeutung informeller internationaler Organisationen wie der G7, G20 oder BRICS in der Weltpolitik und im globalen Wettbewerb. Sie erlauben esStaaten unter anderem, flexibler zu agieren. Doch Informalität bringt nicht nur Vorteile.
