Abstract

Im Straßenbild der Großstädte sind sie allgegenwärtig: die „Rider“ der Lieferplattformen, die mit ihren E-Bikes Essen, Lebensmittel und Waren ausliefern. Viele von ihnen sind Studierende aus Südasien, die oft unter prekären Bedingungen arbeiten. Forscher*innen des Fairwork Projekts haben Rider befragt und erfahren, warum die Jobs so attraktiv für sie sind – und dennoch oft eine Sackgasse.
