Abstract

Kartoffelbrei auf Museumskunst, Straßenblockaden im Berufsverkehr – öffentlicher Protest zeigt sich immer wieder konfrontativ bis gewaltförmig. Die Gegenreaktionen auf der Straße und in den Medien sind heftig. Das legt den Schluss nahe, dass auf diese Weise Protestierende ihrer Sache keinen Gefallen tun. Swen Hutter und Daniel Saldivia Gonzatti analysieren Jahrzehnte von Protesten und die Ergebnisse eines Umfrageexperiments. Sie wollen wissen: Welche Protestform findet Akzeptanz?
