Abstract

Inzwischen bekennen sich viele Unternehmen zur Gleichstellung. Sie kommunizieren, wie wichtig ihnen Frauenförderung, Diversität und Chancengleichheit sind, und führen entsprechende Maßnahmen ein. Gleichzeitig ist das Leistungsprinzip in unserer Gesellschaft fest verankert. Die Besten sollen belohnt werden – werden Frauen gefördert, haftet ihnen häufig ein Malus an: Werden sie womöglich befördert, obwohl sie weniger qualifiziert sind als Männer? Eine Studie untersucht empirisch, wie weit verbreitet dieser Vorwurf nach wie vor ist.
