Abstract

Es schien so unkompliziert: Über neue Online-Plattformen lassen sich Urlaube, Einkäufe, Beziehungen auf neue Weise organisieren. Doch inzwischen wird deutlicher, welche Nachteile diese neue Art des Wirtschaftens für Städte und Gemeinschaften hat. Kommunen in ganz Europa machen mobil und regulieren die Internet-Unternehmen schärfer – in unterschiedlicher Weise allerdings und mit offenem Ausgang.
