Abstract

Fast 100.000 Pressemitteilungen von Regierungen aus vier Ländern und der EU selbst haben Tobias Heidenreich und Olga Eisele unter die Lupe genommen. Sie wollten wissen, wie politische Eliten über Zuwandernde und Geflüchtete sprechen. Ihr Befund: Es gibt große Unterschiede darin, wer als „große Bedrohung“ und wer als „sozial schwach“ beschrieben wird. Das aber kann große Folgen für die einzelnen Gruppen und die öffentliche Stimmung in der EU haben.
