Abstract

In seinem neuen Buch „Die Asyl-Lotterie. Eine Bilanz der Flüchtlingspolitik von 2015 bis zum Ukraine-Krieg“ übt Ruud Koopmans scharfe Kritik an der gegenwärtigen Asylpolitik in Europa. Sie führe zu massenhaftem Sterben an den Grenzen, zu mangelhafter Integration und zu inneren Verwerfungen in den europäischen Gesellschaften. Seine Kritik und konkrete Vorschläge für Veränderungen stellt der Direktor der Abteilung Migration, Integration, Transnationalisierung im Gespräch mit Gabriele Kammerer und Kerstin Schneider vor.
