Moderate Schlagzahl im Fahrwasser der schwächeren Weltwirtschaft: IW-Konjunkturprognose Herbst 2015

Abstract

Die Anpassungslasten für die deutsche Wirtschaft haben im Jahresverlauf 2015 deutlich zugenommen. Die schwächer expandierende Weltwirtschaft – sowie dabei vor allem die global rückläufige Investitionstätigkeit – sowie die Unsicherheiten hinsichtlich der Flüchtlingszuwanderung erfordern eine hohe Flexibilität. Das Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft Köln erwartet zum einen gebremste Exportzuwächse und zum anderen einen deutlichen Wachstumsschub durch die privaten und öffentlichen Konsumausgaben. Die Investitionstätigkeit bleibt weiterhin nur moderat. Ein ausgereifter Konjunkturzyklus war bisher nicht zu sehen. Sowohl die Anzahl der Erwerbstätigen als auch die der Arbeitslosen wird im kommenden Jahr ansteigen. Trotz der zusätzlichen Staatsausgaben infolge der Flüchtlingszuwanderung kann ein Staatsdefizit verhindert werden.
