Abstract

Unternehmen müssen immer günstiger produzieren, um Marktanteile gegen global disruptive und preisaggressive Konkurrenz zu verteidigen. Parallel dazu haben sie höhere Kosten aufgrund der Umstellung auf nachhaltige Marktangebote. Dieser Artikel beleuchtet dieses Dilemma und fragt bei Expertinnen und Experten aus der Praxis nach, ob eine Premiumstrategie ein Ausweg sein könnte.
