KI bei Bürgerdienstleistungen von Gemeinden

Abstract

Trotz des Potenzials der Künstlichen Intelligenz in der Erstellung von Bürgerdienstleistungen haben die Gemeinden diese bisher noch nicht systematisch implementiert. Die Anwendungsfelder, das Potenzial und die Gefahren sind Teil von Debatten in Forschung und Praxis. Es bleibt zu klären, inwiefern KI die Dienstleistungsqualität der öffentlichen Hand verbessern kann. Dieser Beitrag gibt hierzu mit einem neuen Modell einen analytischen Rahmen.
