Abstract

Die Customer Journey muss sich in vielen Bereichen verändern, wenn sie als zentrales Instrument der Kundenkommunikation einen Beitrag im Rahmen der Nachhaltigkeits-Transformation von Unternehmen leisten soll. Kundinnen und Kunden müssen aktiv in den ökologischen Umbau von Unternehmen einbezogen werden, wenn dieser Veränderungsprozess gelingen soll.
