Abstract

Das Lösungsgeschäft stellt für viele Anbieter* im B-to-B-Sektor eine attraktive Möglichkeit dar, sich vom Wettbewerb zu differenzieren und Kunden* einen Mehrwert zu bieten. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die Rolle von Kunden bei der Erarbeitung, Implementierung und Evaluierung von Lösungen, die in bisheriger Forschung kaum beleuchtet worden ist.
