Erlebnisse in Webshops durch Storytelling-Videos

Abstract

Video-Content boomt – zunehmend auch in Webshops. Häufig gibt es Produkt-Videos mit beratender Funktion oder solche, die die Anwendung erklären. Doch Storytelling-Videos können auch einfach nur Neugier wecken und Spass machen. Solche inspirierenden Videos verwendet beispielsweise der Online-Shop von Patagonia. Schneebedeckte Felsen sind zu sehen, die Kamera zoomt auf den Skifahrer im Tiefschnee in rasanter Abfahrt. Es entwickelt sich eine Geschichte, die den Webshop-Besucher in ihren Bann zieht. Wichtig für E-Commerce-Unternehmen ist dabei, dass die Besucher anschliessend eine höhere Wiederbesuchsabsicht aufweisen und damit zu attraktiven Kunden werden können.
