Abstract

Customer-Education erfährt in den letzten Jahren zunehmendes Interesse im Marketing. Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt an ausgewählten Beispielen auf, welche nutzbringenden Einsatzmöglichkeiten sich mithilfe von Customer-Education für Unternehmen ergeben, aber auch, welche Grenzen diesbezüglich zu beachten sind. In diesem Zusammenhang werden, unter Einbeziehung erziehungswissen-schaftlicher Erkenntnisse, auch weiterführende Ansätze des Konzeptes diskutiert.
