Renaissance einer Altbekannten

Die Studie mit den Ergebnissen der 8. HR-Expertenbefragung, die ISPA consult mit der Zeitschrift Personalwirtschaft durchgeführt hat, thematisiert die Zielvereinbarung, ein traditionelles, aber immer noch aktuelles Personalführungsinstrument. Untersucht wird u.a. die Regelung und betriebliche Steuerung der Zielvereinbarungen sowie deren Standardziele, den Prozess der Zielvereinbarung und schließlich die Kontrolle der Zielerreichung. Kritisch beleuchtet werden abschließend die wahrgenommenen Schwachstellen derzeitiger Zielvereinbarungen in der Unternehmenspraxis.
