Organizational Characteristics of Croatian Enterprises: An Empirical Study
The Croatian economy, like all transition economies, has changed dramatically in the last few years. In order to examine: how do the Croatian enterprises solve their organizational problems under those conditions, what goals they want to achieve, what strategy they mostly apply, what organizational structure do they have, how often do they make the organizational changes, is the organizational structure in agreement with the strategy formed, we have conducted an extensive investigation in the Croatian enterprises during the last three months 2004. The results of this research are presented in this paper.
