Abstract

India's participation in the Indo‐Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF) highlights its strategic and economic interests in a geopolitically vital region. Initiated by the United States, the IPEF promotes regional economic integration through trade, supply chain resilience, clean energy, and anti‐corruption measures. India's engagement reflects its commitment to regional stability, economic growth, and leadership while balancing national interests and strategic autonomy. However, challenges include aligning domestic policies with global standards, managing regional rivalries, and mitigating economic dependencies. This article examines India's approach to the IPEF, assessing its opportunities and constraints within broader Indo‐Pacific geopolitics. India's selective engagement has the potential to reshape the region's architecture by forcing flexibility, asymmetry, and adaptive design. Trial Registration: Not applicable, as the study does not involve clinical trials
