Budgetpolitik weiterhin auf Sanierungskurs. Bundesvoranschlag 2027/28 und Mittelfristiger Finanzrahmen 2027 bis 2031

Abstract

Mit dem Doppelbudget 2027/28 setzt die Bundesregierung weitere Konsolidierungsschritte, um den Budgetpfad gemäß Fiskalstrukturplan einhalten zu können. Begleitet werden diese von weiteren Offensivmaßnahmen in den Bereichen Arbeitsmarkt, Pflege sowie Bildung und Kinderbetreuung und von einer deutlichen Lohnnebenkostensenkung. Der Großteil der zusätzlichen Konsolidierung erfolgt einnahmenseitig. Das gesamtstaatliche Defizit soll sich ab 2028 bei knapp unter 3% des BIP stabilisieren; die Schuldenquote steigt daher bis 2031 weiter bis auf 85% der Wirtschaftsleistung. Nun müssen strukturelle Reformen umgesetzt werden, um fiskalische Nachhaltigkeit zu gewährleisten und zugleich dringende Investitionen in wichtige Zukunftsbereiche zu ermöglichen.
