Konjunkturbelebung lässt in Österreich weiter auf sich warten

Abstract

Die neuerdings sehr hohen Zölle der USA gehen dort mit einer Abschwächung des Wirtschaftswachstums und einer Beschleunigung der Inflation einher. In China herrscht hingegen Deflationsdruck durch Überproduktion und die anhaltende Immobilienkrise. Im Euro-Raum ist die Konjunktur weitgehend stabil, in Österreich allerdings nach wie vor schwach. Zwar hat sich die Unternehmensstimmung leicht gebessert, jedoch überwiegt noch der Pessimismus. Zudem sorgt der kräftige Anstieg der Strompreise wieder für eine höhere Inflation. Der Arbeitsmarkt ist von der Rezession geprägt. Dennoch zeitigt die Anhebung des Frauenpensionsantrittsalters positive Beschäftigungseffekte.
