Investitionsdynamik bleibt 2025 verhalten. Ergebnisse der WIFO-Investitionsbefragung vom Frühjahr 2025

Abstract

Die Ergebnisse der WIFO-Investitionsbefragung lassen für 2025 neuerlich eine verhaltene Investitionstätigkeit erwarten, wobei sich allmählich eine Talsohle abzeichnet. Vor allem Sachgütererzeuger meldeten mehrheitlich Kürzungen. Für den Dienstleistungssektor rechnet das WIFO dagegen mit einem leichten Investitionswachstum. Auf Branchenebene ist das Bild gemischt. Innerhalb der Sachgütererzeugung werden vor allem Hersteller von Investitionsgütern und Vorprodukten ihre Investitionen kürzen. In den Dienstleistungen überwiegen in den meisten Branchen die positiven Meldungen. Insbesondere im Grundstücks- und Wohnungswesen, in den freiberuflichen, wissenschaftlichen und technischen Dienstleistungen sowie in den Finanz- und Versicherungsdienstleistungen ist Investitionswachstum zu erwarten. Kleine und mittlere Unternehmen werden ihre Investitionen voraussichtlich etwas deutlicher einschränken als Großunternehmen. Die schwache Investitionsdynamik wird durch Rückgänge in den Bereichen Ausrüstungen und Infrastruktur getrieben. Der Rückgang wird durch die immateriellen Anlageinvestitionen etwas gedämpft. Für Österreichs Gesamtwirtschaft rechnet das WIFO für 2025 mit einem Rückgang der realen Bruttoanlageinvestitionen um 0,7% gegenüber dem Vorjahr.
