Konjunktureinschätzungen trüben sich ein. Ergebnisse der Quartalsbefragung des WIFO-Konjunkturtests vom Juli 2023

Abstract

Die Ergebnisse des WIFO-Konjunkturtests vom Juli zeigen eine empfindliche Eintrübung der Konjunktureinschätzungen in allen Sektoren. Besonders skeptisch fielen Lageeinschätzungen und Konjunkturerwartungen in der Sachgütererzeugung aus. Die Kapazitätsauslastung ging in allen Sektoren zurück. In der Gesamtwirtschaft war wie in den Vorquartalen der "Mangel an Arbeitskräften" das wichtigste Hemmnis der Geschäftstätigkeit, allerdings gewann der "Mangel an Nachfrage" neuerlich an Bedeutung. Die Verkaufspreiserwartungen zeigen weiterhin einen rückläufigen Trend.
