Heimische Konjunktur zur Zeit noch schwach

Abstract

Gemäß der Quartalsrechnung des WIFO stagnierte die Wirtschaftsleistung im IV. Quartal 2014 gegenüber dem Vorquartal. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr war ein Rückgang von 0,2% zu verzeichnen. Für das gesamte Jahr 2014 ergibt sich ein Wirtschaftswachstum von 0,3%. Die leichte Verstärkung der außenwirtschaftlichen Impulse gegen Jahresende 2014 fiel zu gering aus, um der Schwäche der Binnennachfrage entgegenzuwirken. Das Bild der Vorlaufindikatoren ist seit längerem trüb und hat sich neuerlich verschlechtert. Vor diesem Hintergrund dürfte trotz des zuletzt niedrigen Rohölpreisniveaus auch das I. Quartal 2015 von einer trägen Dynamik geprägt sein.
