Aufschwung setzt sich fort, Risiken bleiben bestehen. Prognose für 2011 und 2012

Abstract

Der Aufschwung der österreichischen Wirtschaft hält an. Exporte und Sachgütererzeugung profitieren von der kräftigen internationalen Nachfrage. Auf die Investitionen greift die Entwicklung aber nur zögerlich über. Die Konjunkturbelebung trägt zu einer Verbesserung der Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt und in den öffentlichen Haushalten bei. Die Arbeitslosenquote dürfte jedoch hoch bleiben; das Budgetdefizit verbessert sich merklich. Für 2011 prognostiziert das WIFO ein Wirtschaftswachstum von 2,2% und für 2012 von 2,0%.
