Bauwirtschaft schrumpft in Europa 2010 weiter, leichte Erholung erst ab 2011

Abstract

2010 schrumpft die Bauproduktion in den 19 europäischen Ländern, die im Bauforschungsnetzwerk Euroconstruct vertreten sind, zum dritten Mal in Folge. Erst ab 2011 gewinnt sie wieder an Dynamik, wobei Sparmaßnahmen der öffentlichen Hand in einigen Ländern dämpfend wirken. Der Einbruch der Bauproduktion im Zuge der Wirtschaftskrise der Jahre 2008 und 2009 kann in nur wenigen Ländern bis 2012 wettgemacht werden. In Ostmitteleuropa war die Bauwirtschaft kaum von der Krise betroffen. Für Österreich wird erst ab 2011 mit einer leichten Expansion der Bautätigkeit gerechnet.
