Belebung der Weltwirtschaft, anhaltende Risken für die Konjunktur

Abstract

Nach dem tiefen Einbruch von Frühjahr 2008 bis Frühsommer 2009 stabilisiert sich die Weltwirtschaft auf niedrigem Niveau. Impulse gehen vor allem von der Erholung in den asiatischen Schwellenländern und von der expansiven Geld- und Budgetpolitik in den Industrieländern aus. Der Rückgang des Bruttoinlandsproduktes zieht einen markanten Anstieg der Arbeitslosigkeit und der Defizite in den öffentlichen Haushalten nach sich. Die Erholung der Wirtschaft dürfte in den Industrieländern wegen der Investitionszurückhaltung der Unternehmen und der steigenden Sparneigung der privaten Haushalte sehr verhalten ausfallen. Weiterhin bestehen hohe Risken, vor allem im Finanzsektor. Für den Euro-Raum könnte zudem die Abwertungstendenz des Dollars bremsend wirken.
