Evaluierung der Förderung betrieblicher Weiterbildung. Zielgruppenorientierung von "Qualifizierungsförderung für Beschäftigte" und "Qualifizierungsberatung für Betriebe" des AMS

Abstract

Die Weiterbildungsbeteiligung in Österreich sinkt mit dem Alter und steigt mit dem Bildungsgrad, ähnlich wie auch in anderen EU-Ländern. Zudem ist Österreich gerade im Bereich der betrieblichen Weiterbildung weit von der EU-Spitze entfernt. Das Arbeitsmarktservice bietet für weiterbildungsferne Zielgruppen – kofinanziert durch den Europäischen Sozialfonds – Förderungen für betriebliche Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen und Qualifizierungsberatung für Betriebe an, die vom WIFO evaluiert wurden. Dabei zeigen sich einerseits positive Effekte eines den Österreichischen Problemlagen adäquaten Förderungssystems. Andererseits wurden auch Spielräume zur weiteren Fokussierung und Ergänzung der Maßnahmen identifiziert.
