Pensionshöhe und Einkommensersatzraten nach Einführung des Allgemeinen Pensionsgesetzes

Abstract

Die Pensionsharmonisierung wird im Jahr 2050 abgeschlossen sein. Bis dahin gelten für die Berechnung der Pensionshöhe zwei unterschiedliche Rechtslagen, sodass über die individuelle Absicherung im Alter Unsicherheit besteht. Die Gegenüberstellung der Pensionshöhen und Bruttoeinkommensersatzraten nach Abschluss der Pensionsharmonisierung 2050 mit jenen der Pensionsneuzuerkennungen 2002/03 gibt Auskunft über die Auswirkungen der jüngsten Pensionsreform. Für identische Versicherungsverläufe überwiegen demnach die dämpfenden Effekte der verringerten Steigerungsbeträge und der lebenslangen Durchrechnung gegenüber der verbesserten Aufwertung weit zurückliegender Einkommen. Dank der Verkürzung der Durchrechnung um drei Jahre pro Kind und der Höherbewertung der Kindererziehungsersatzzeiten können Frauen dann von der Pensionsreform profitieren, wenn sie bei höherem Pensionsantrittsalter längere Versicherungszeiten aufweisen.
