Kräftige Industriekonjunktur stützt 2004 die Ertragsentwicklung. Cash-Flow und Eigenkapitalausstattung der österreichischen Sachgütererzeugung

Abstract

Trotz des kräftigen Aufschwungs (Nettoproduktionswert +5,2%) verbesserte sich die Ertragsentwicklung in der österreichischen Sachgütererzeugung 2004 gegenüber 2003 nicht, weil die Rohstoffpreise stiegen und der hohe Euro-Kurs die Exporte beeinträchtigte. Der Cash-Flow dürfte 2004 gemäß der Schätzung des WIFO und der Unternehmensbefragung durch die Vereinigung der Österreichischen Industrie rund 10% der Umsätze betragen haben (2003 10,1%). Im internationalen Vergleich ist die Cash-Flow-Quote in Österreich außergewöhnlich stabil. In der Rangordnung von elf europäischen Vergleichsländern lag Österreich 2004 nach Finnland, den Niederlanden und Dänemark an vierter Stelle. Die Eigenkapitalquote der österreichischen Sachgütererzeugung holte 2004 wieder auf, blieb aber mit 36,9% weiterhin unter dem EU-Mittelwert von 38,6%.
