Anhaltend flaue Konjunktur, aber Unternehmen deutlich zuversichtlicher

Abstract

Die Unternehmensumfragen sind im Euro-Raum von zunehmendem Optimismus geprägt. Die vorliegenden Wirtschaftsdaten spiegeln aber noch keine Besserung der Konjunktur wider. Offenbar rechnen die Unternehmen mit einem Anziehen der Exportnachfrage, da von der Binnennachfrage kaum expansive Impulse erwartet werden können. Auch scheint der Zugkraft einer internationalen Konjunkturbelebung mehr Bedeutung beigemessen zu werden als den dämpfenden Effekten des hohen Euro-Kurses. In den USA löste die expansive Wirtschaftspolitik im III. Quartal einen Wachstumsschub aus. Auch in Österreich zeigen die Konjunkturumfragen, dass die skeptische Stimmung unter den heimischen Unternehmen überwunden ist.
