Belebung des Außenhandels und der Bauwirtschaft

Abstract

Die Konjunkturbelebung gewinnt an Dynamik. In der Industrie verbessern sich die Auftragseingänge, die Erwartungen der Unternehmer und allmählich auch die Produktionstätigkeit. Die Bauwirtschaft entwickelte sich im I. Quartal deutlich positiver als erwartet, vor allem aufgrund hoher Zuwächse im Wohnbau. Preis- und Lohnauftrieb bleiben schwach. Die im Vergleich zu den Handelspartnern gute Konjunkturentwicklung hat jedoch hohe Importzuwächse zur Folge. Der Anstieg des langfristigen Zinsniveaus ist aus konjunkturpolitischer Sicht problematisch.
