Nettodefizit des Bundes bei 3,3% des BIP stabilisiert. Der Bundeshaushalt 1992

Abstract

Der Bund hat 1992 das Nettodefizit im Bundeshaushalt bei 3,3% des BIP stabilisiert. Hohe Rücklagenzuführungen hoben das Defizit um etwa 12 Mrd. S an. Ohne diese Maßnahmen wäre der Abgang im Vergleich zu 1991 spürbar gesunken. Der Bundeshaushalt wirkte 1992 restriktiv. Die Steuerquote ist merklich gestiegen. Mittelfristig werden die rasch wachsenden Transferausgaben die Budgetkonsolidierung erschweren.
