Ostverschuldung. Tragbare Lösung für Rußland nicht in Sicht. Deutliche Verbesserung in Ost-Mitteleuropa

Abstract

Die Auslandsverschuldung der Oststaaten ist 1992 um etwa 12 Mrd. $ auf 195 Mrd. $ gestiegen. Sie blieb in den Ländern Ost-Mitteleuropas (78 Mrd. $) etwa gleich, nahm aber in Südosteuropa (37 Mrd. $) sowie insbesondere in den Nachfolgestaaten der UdSSR (etwa 80 Mrd. $) stark zu. Die westlichen Banken schränkten ihre nicht garantierten Kredite an die Oststaaten spürbar ein, die Last für die zusätzliche Finanzierung des Ostens ist an westliche Regierungen und internationale Finanzinstitutionen übergegangen.
