Regionalförderung unter neuen Rahmenbedingungen

Abstract

An Instrumente der Regionalpolitik werden heute höhere strukturpolitische Anforderungen gestellt als in der Vergangenheit. Diesem Trend entsprechend wurde die "Regionale Innovationsprämie" über die gesamte Laufzeit hinweg begleitend evaluiert. Das veränderte Umfeld erfordert eine Bündelung von Maßnahmen zur Unterstützung räumlicher Schwerpunkte. Die gestiegene Bedeutung der Standortausstattung (einschließlich Infra- und "Info-Struktur") wird eine Umschichtung von Mitteln erforderlich machen. In der Unternehmensförderung haben Kooperationen von Unternehmen in Netzwerken (z. B. hinsichtlich Marketing, Qualifikation, Innovation) Zukunftschancen.
