Abstract

Die Konjunktur schwächt sich in Österreich allmählich ab. Was sich schon vor Monaten in Stimmungsbarometern und Auftragseingängen ankündigte, zeigen nun auch die letzten Monatsdaten des Exports und der Industrieproduktion. Vor allem die Nachfrage aus Deutschland wird schwächer; sie läßt bis über die Jahreswende hinaus keinen neuen Aufschwung erwarten. Impulse aus dem Inland und ein Aufschwung auf anderen Auslandsmärkten werden dagegen einen stärkeren Rückschlag verhindern. Außenwirtschaftliches Gleichgewicht und relativ hohe Preisstabilität bleiben erhalten.
