Die Entwicklung der Energiepreise in den letzten zwei Jahrzehnten

Abstract

Die Entwicklung der Verbraucherpreise, insbesondere der Energiepreise, wurde in den letzten zwei Jahrzehnten von drei Ereignissen entscheidend mitbestimmt: dem ersten Erdölschock 1973/74, dem zweiten Erdölpreisschock 1979/80 und dem Verfall der Erdölpreise im Laufe des Jahres 1986. Die heftigen Preisschwankungen auf den internationalen Rohölmärkten wirken sich in unterschiedlichem Ausmaß auf die Preise der einzelnen Energieträger aus. Am stärksten war die Fluktuation der Heizölpreise, die am wenigsten mit fixen Steuern belastet sind. Die Preise von festen Brennstoffen und von Strom entwickelten sich am glattesten.
