Wandel der Ausländerpolitik als Folge der Öffnung Osteuropas

Abstract

Im Laufe dieses Jahres wurde infolge der guten Konjunktur die Beschäftigung stark ausgeweitet. Trotzdem konnte ein Anstieg der Arbeitslosigkeit nicht verhindert werden, da das Arbeitsangebot stärker denn je seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg zunahm. Um der Angebotssteigerung und der damit verbundenen zunehmenden Schwarzarbeit Herr zu werden, wurde die Ausländer- und Asylpolitik geändert. Die Ausländerbeschäftigung wurde liberalisiert und das Verfahren zur Erlangung der Beschäftigungsbewilligung beschleunigt. Die Asylpolitik vollzog einen Wandel weg von der Transitpolitik zu erleichterter Integration von Flüchtlingen.
