Desempeño de la familia en la empresa. Un estudio de caso en México

Abstract

La empresa familiar como un tipo de organización, determina una serie de interacciones que se establecen a partir de su naturaleza compleja, de la imbricación de dimensión familiar y la empresarial; sin embargo, la presente reflexión se sustenta en observar a ésta como un tipo de organización como campo de estudio y bajo la mirada de los Estudios Organizacionales. El presente trabajo se dirige a observar a la organización de naturaleza familiar dedicada a la venta de servicios educativos. Mirar a fondo la dinámica que se teje entre la familia y la empresa en un tiempo y espacio determinado, configurando prácticas concretas en su gestión con base en el comportamiento esperado de la familia hacia el logro de objetivos de la empresa
