Abstract

To effectively manage an object, one must first elucidate its origin, followed by its essence and persistent attributes. The article analyses multiple interpretations of facility and its management within the context of corporate economics and management. It subsequently delineates interrelationships and interconnections between facility management and business strategy. The research makes a key distinction between facility management that is activity-oriented and facility management that is object-oriented. After that, an effort is made to locate intersections between the two different concepts that are being discussed. In this article, a synthesis of the primary characteristics and components of the different approaches to facility management is presented. The purpose of this endeavour is to improve the integration of the components of corporate facilities management and business strategy. It is anticipated that the utilization of facility management in both theory and practice will be improved because of all these factors. The methods of analysis and synthesis have been employed in formulating the conclusions, generalizations, and recommendations.
