Abstract

The study of values is important because they are another name (manifestation) of goals - motives - intentions - ... The text presents the common and the different in the value "matrix" of the last generations in the organizations in Bulgaria. In the rubric not subject to time and age, common values are expressed - they "ensure" continuity and continuity in the reproduction of people in organizations. Intergenerational differences in values are united in two groups: "textbook" addictions are of the type "the more - the more"; dependencies in the "other cases" are more complex to track and explain.
