Crisis Management In Social Institutions

Abstract

The study identifies the types of crises in social institutions (specifically in the centers for children with disabilities) and the crisis management process in two different situations, in the context of a coronary virus pandemic and without a pandemic. The main challenges for crisis management, shortcomings in the crisis management system, at the administrative level and any other level stand out. The current crises in the centers for children with disabilities are similar in terms of issues, multi-complex and unpredictable. There is no single system for managing these crises. The new coronavirus situation poses a high challenge to ongoing crisis management due to the additional difficulty of the administrative system and all other related systems. The system does not show adequate solutions to the new situation, on the contrary, it hinders the normal current solution of the problem.
