Abstract

Proper discovery and management of human resources is a key process in the dynamic environment of the global economy. Any organization that wants to achieve its goals and follow the set tasks should pay the necessary attention to its employees and their proper recruitment because choosing the right team is the first step to success. The modernization of the business processes is a competitive advantage as a result of which the standard sources of candidates for vacancies retain their importance and place in the activity but they are joined by the "giant" that enters our daily and professional life –social media. This paper aims to examine the actual application of some of the most popular among them in recruiting applicants -LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
